Be a hero

90% Helio Oiticica's work was lost today in a fire, in his family's house in Rio.
Many Bólides and Parangolés were inside the place where the artist's collection was kept.

It's so sad it has no words to express. Just in time to raise another discussion: where should be kept a cultural and artistic heritage of this unimaginable value? How could the artistic community prevent a tragedy like this and change the way we preserve art and culture?

Together with his brother Cesar Oiticica, we cry. And we also ask: "Be marginal, be a hero" was a forecast inteded to change the way we relate to cultural and artistic productions, or even a bad taste joke as his last masterpiece?
